We had an issue with our sewege line after heavy rain which made it smelly outside and in our bathroom too. Had a great experience with these guys, Joe was helpful and friendly on the phone, and the team arrived at the scheduled time and did their work-- problem solved!

From the moment the plumber arrived until the job was finished, everything was seamless. The technician from 1 Tom Plumber was honest about the problem, explained the fix clearly, worked efficiently, and was very polite. I appreciated how reliable and knowledgeable he was, and the price was fair. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing repair near me.

Mike and Brian and the entire team including their supervisor were professional and responsive. They treated my home with respect, didn’t up charge and actually lowered the work estimate when they found it would be less labor. This was the easiest and seamless experience i have had. I will definitely be coming back for any future plumbing needs. They worked with me and my schedule and even went above and beyond helping out to inspect the rest of the house to make sure i wasn’t vulnerable to other unwanted repairs.

Very happy with 1-Tom-plummer. Mike was very thorough.. Found out I needed to replace my old toilet, And I thought as long as he was here, I had him replace the other toilet as well....I hated it..lol. He was super nice and did a great job on both toilets and clean up.

I walked in unsure about a leak and left with the best experience I’ve had in months. The team at 1 Tom Plumber was incredibly honest and explained the issue clearly. They were efficient, fixing the plumbing repair in under an hour and left the work area spotless. I was impressed by their knowledge and polite manner, and they showed up right on time so reliable.
