  I had the best experience at this hospital. I had a scheduled EGD procedure done here and the staff was just amazing! Huge shoutout to the nurses Jennifer and Christina! Although this particular department was busy and a little under staffed, these girls were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure all patients including myself felt comfortable and cared for. The anesthesiologist was also very nice and once I was prepped and ready to go, my procedure took less than 10 mins. and then I was on my way. I live in L.A. county so I usually go to hospitals nearby but none compare to the staff and service I received here at the Anaheim Regional Medical Center. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

  All of the staff here at ARMC are very respectful and are always willing to help. The transportation department is so friendly and helpful. Corolla my Moms RN nurse here on the second floor is Awesome! Joel and JP from the transportation department were very friendly and they helped me by driving the wheelchair for me to my Moms room. I want to thank all of you so very much!

  I am very impressed! I find it very important to share and recognize great service! My mother has been under Dr. Otts care after having open heart surgery and he’s been such a blessing. He is very knowledgeable, respected, and seems very caring of his patients. I’ve heard great things about him, through other patients, and nurses I’ve encountered. He shows up! I’ve seen him visit my mother on a daily basis. The ICU team has been phenomenal! There are two nurses that stand out at the moment- Esqui & Krisna. Esqui was so thorough in explaining things and I was able to see the way he spoke to and took care of my mother! He was very attentive and demonstrated great compassion and excellence in his work. Krisna, is also very compassionate and funny! She seems very knowledgeable too. I’m very grateful for the experience my mother has had thus far! God bless the entire team, for their diligence

  I was seen in the emergency department by Dr. Rodrigues. I came in with chest pain, shortness of breath, chills, and headache. During my visit, she completely dismissed all of my concerns and I was told that what I was experiencing “didn’t make sense,” instead of my symptoms being properly explained or addressed. She became very argumentative rather than focusing on evaluating my condition and providing care. I was there for serious symptoms and expected to be taken seriously, listened to, and given clear explanations and treated. I left still unclear about what is causing my symptoms and what the next steps are and no treatment. I am filing a formal complaint with the hospital and medical board to ensure my concerns are properly reviewed and documented.

  I couldn’t lay still while I was shivering from chills, the EKG person in ER was literally yelling at me. Then proceeded to hold down the leads trying to intimidate me. Very unprofessional, so inappropriate for someone coming for care. Someone else did it, and he had bedside manners. I wish I knew is name. Male, possibly Armenian, short and skinny. If you don’t want to show compassion, they shouldn’t work there.
