  Kramer Anaheim Kaiser Permanente neurosurgeon Dr. Hariri, Neurosurgery team, ER, IR ICU and Telemetry nurses provided me excellent level of treatment and care during my hospitalization. Every staff member was patient, professional and compassionate while taking care of me. They carefully monitored my condition, clearly explained treatment information and comforted me when I felt anxious. I truly appreciate their high caliber treatment as well as their dedication, hard-work and kindness to me and my family. their excellent care made a difficult hospitalization much easier for me . Thank you all so much !

  I just started with Kaiser a few months ago after leaving a corporate job and was a little hesitant due to average reputation but the few experiences I've had so far have been really good. Today I was experiencing symptoms that were urgent so I called and the nurse on call and she recommended I go straight to the ER bc my symptoms could be an internal bleed. When I arrived, the process was smooth and organized. I expected to wait forever but ended up being seen within 30 min. They keep you updated on the status via text and the nurses and doctors had great bedside manner. We had all the tests done, seen the doctor, and got the results back within 2 hours we were out the door bc the issue was a iron issue. Very impressed overall with the ER doctors and nurses. Thank you Kaiser!

  I debated whether to write this review, but after tonight, I’m beyond frustrated and feel like I have to say something. The difference in care from one visit to the next is completely unacceptable. My partner is immunocompromised and has lupus. When she has a severe flare and her pain reaches 10 out of 10, coming to the ER is not something we do casually. We come because she is in unbearable pain and needs medical attention. Tonight, we arrived at approximately 10:20 p.m. It is now 1:20 a.m., and we STILL have not been seen. To make matters worse, we were told we cannot wait outside because they will not text or call us when it is our turn. So an IMMUNOCOMPROMISED patient is being forced to sit for hours in a crowded ER lobby while waiting to be seen. My partner has been crying, shaking, and wailing in pain right in front of the staff, and somehow we are still sitting here waiting be

  From the moment I arrived at the facility, the nursing staff provided clear guidance and made sure both my wife and I understood the timeline of the procedure. After entering the room, I was instructed to change, and once I was settled in bed, a nurse came in to take my vitals and introduce herself. Shortly afterward, the doctor arrived, offered another warm introduction, and explained the procedure in detail. She encouraged me to ask any questions or express any concerns, but I didn’t have any at the time. As the preparation continued, another nurse checked in to ensure I was comfortable and began setting up the IV and blood pressure cuff. Several nurses came in and out during this period, each one attentive, professional, and focused on making sure I felt at ease while waiting for the procedure to begin.   It is difficult to put into words how grateful we are for our experience at Kaiser Anaheim. We were admitted Monday night, August 17, and welcomed our son, James, on Wednesday, August 19 at 4:08 a.m. From my induction through labor and delivery, James’s NICU care, and postpartum, the compassion, professionalism, and kindness we experienced were incredible. There were so many people who cared for us that I unfortunately wasn’t able to get everyone’s name. I want them to know they have not been forgotten. The doctors, nurses, midwives, NICU team, lactation consultants, Health Scholars, volunteers, and staff all contributed to making one of the most vulnerable and important experiences of our lives feel safe and supported.
