  I cannot thank God enough for placing me in the hands of such an incredible team at West Medical Center. From the very first person I met—the security officer who welcomed me with kindness and respect—to every receptionist, nurse, nursing assistant, technician, CT scan staff member, and finally the amazing doctor who cared for me, every single person treated me with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. Because of God’s grace and the dedication of this outstanding medical team, my acute appendicitis was diagnosed in time, and I was able to have emergency surgery before it became even more serious. I truly believe their quick actions and excellent care made a tremendous difference. The nurses and assistants were always attentive, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made me feel safe during a very stressful time. The

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my father received during his recent ER visit. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. The security personnel at the entrance were welcoming, courteous, and helped us feel safe and secure throughout our visit. The registration nurse was kind, efficient, and compassionate, making the admission process smooth and stress-free. We were especially grateful for the prompt service provided by the entire team, which helped ease our concerns during a difficult time.   I've been here twise. Everybody dreads the wait when you go into the E.R I will say that both times were fairly quick waited a couple hours only cuz they were completely jammed.. all beds taken. But they still get to calling your name and getting u into the process of everything fast. The reason I like coming here rather then other places is because their always super kind, patient, and down to earth which makes you feel really comfortable. No to mention they got some hotties in there ;) Good experience both times!

  Overall good experience from entering emergency room, tests, doctors and communication was excellent and they were very real with information. Was admitted received good care from nurse Orville, to Emely and Kelly , various doctors who I can’t remember along with pat who wheeling me over for CT’s scan to Brian who performed it , therapist was real with me as well, patient and kind. Short visit, released the 20th , got to know Lot my roommate . All of people are on my prayer list, started today lifting them up to king Jesus and very thankful to have met them all

  Lumbar issues here caused me to head to the ER as I was in pure agony at home, plus I live with a malignant narcissist, but I will stay objective; but not before mentioning that the Paramedics that scooped me up, we’re telling me they were familiar with my address and that they were glad it was me and not the other person. I’ll leave it at that. AnyWho my back is killing me and I went to the ER. The paramedics were awesome by the way shout out to those guys and I was in a room within 30 minutes upon arrival. I was a little confused by one employee who was asking me what prescriptions I wanted. So I assumed that was an undercover cop or something So I erred on the side of not going to jail that night Overall, the experience was pretty decent. You know I understand I’m not the only person in the ER obviously lots of people, busy Sunday night post-church shenanigans I reckon. The pain i
